We are not a corporate operation. When you hire Jones Land Services, you are working directly with the people who own and run the business. Quintin is on the job site, running the equipment, and making sure every project meets the standard he has set for the company. Katherine Jones handles the business side, making sure communication is clear, schedules are kept, and every customer gets the attention they deserve.
How We Work
Every project starts with a free in-person estimate. We come to your property, walk the site, and talk through exactly what needs to happen. We believe you deserve to know what you are paying for before any equipment shows up, and we believe we need to see the property before we can give you a number that actually means something.
We do not oversell and we do not underdeliver. If a project is straightforward, we will tell you. If there are complications, we will explain them. Our goal is to make sure you understand the scope of the work and feel confident in the plan before we start.

We prioritize emergency needs. When something urgent comes up on your property, whether it is storm damage, a downed tree, or an unexpected site issue, we do our best to respond quickly and get the situation under control.

We are based in St. Cloud, Florida, and serve homeowners and businesses across a wide area of Central Florida. From Sanford to Stuart and everywhere along the east coast corridor, we travel where the work is. Our service area covers Kissimmee, Orlando, Melbourne, Daytona, Deland, Poinciana, and surrounding communities.
If you have a project within about 150 miles of St. Cloud, we want to hear about it. We have worked on residential lots, commercial developments, and large-scale projects throughout the region.
