What areas do you serve?
We are based in St. Cloud, Florida, and serve residential and commercial clients across Central Florida. Our regular service area includes Orlando, Kissimmee, Melbourne, Sanford, Daytona, Deland, Poinciana, Stuart, and communities along the east coast corridor. We are willing to travel within about 150 miles of St. Cloud for the right project.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Jones Land Services is fully licensed and insured for both residential and commercial work. We carry the insurance policies and documentation that commercial job sites require, and we can produce that paperwork when needed.
How do I get an estimate?
Call us at (407) 433-8808 or fill out the contact form on our website. We provide free in-person estimates for every project. We will come to your property, walk the site, discuss the scope of work, and give you a clear, written estimate.
Do you offer a veteran discount?
Yes. We offer a discount for veterans. Let us know about your military service when you contact us and we will apply the discount to your project.
What are your hours of operation?
We operate Monday through Saturday, 6 AM to 6 PM.
Do you work on both residential and commercial projects?
Yes. We serve homeowners, property owners, contractors, developers, and commercial clients. Our equipment and insurance are set up to handle both residential and commercial scopes of work.
How far in advance do I need to schedule?
That depends on our current workload. Some projects can be scheduled within a week, while others may need more lead time. Call us and we will give you a realistic timeline for getting started.
Can you handle multiple services on one project?
Absolutely. Many of our projects involve more than one service. For example, a new home build might require land clearing, site prep, underground utilities, and trucking. We handle multi-service projects regularly and coordinate the workflow so everything runs smoothly.
What if I am not sure what services I need?
That is exactly what the in-person estimate is for. We will walk your property, listen to what you are trying to accomplish, and recommend the services that make sense for your situation. There is no pressure and no obligation.
Do you prioritize emergency work?
We do our best to prioritize emergency needs. If you are dealing with storm damage, a downed tree, or an urgent site issue, call us and we will work to get there as quickly as possible.
